Overall, very courteous and knowledgeable people. Provided some tips on how to care for the air cond units and some quick troubleshooting tips. My only gripe is that one of the serviced air cond unit is still not working well as it should. Otherwise, great and friendly service.

The vendor arrived early than promised, and very polite towards their customers. They advise accordingly and do not ask to change parts/refill gas if it not necessary. Would definitely use their services again in the future. Apart from air conditioning, they also accept electrical and plumbing jobs.

If I can give 10 stars – I give 10 stars for efficient services. They also aware of distancing requirements – wearing masks as well as using hand sanitiser.

They came to do site visit before the actual service. The personnel from the company was very friendly and was able to tell me the actual service required. Actual day work repairs were done perfectly but more importantly, they cleaned up (swept and mop) on the areas they worked on. This is something not many company do.

Prompt response from coordinator. Staff are punctual and thing get done rather quickly, quote is explained and discussed and agreed prior to execution of works. Workman ship have room for improvement. Overall it is satisfactory to good experience with the company, it just requires extra wow factor to impress.

I’d like to thank Mr Hoe again for his excellent service. From prior booking till end of service, he was very accommodative in providing advice on my plumbing fixtures and did a good job too. Thank you!
